Bandleader: The★Bon Odori/Bon Fest, Splashdown, Tambourine, & Penguin Shuffle.One of the Green Frogettes tells Bandleader that the stage was destroyed, so they want Tibby to fix the stage by clearing games Bandleader is freaking out because Orange Frogette (who was renamed to Spinette in this game) was kidnapped. He thanks Tibby for fixing the room, then Tibby and his friends go to their second stop, which is Bandleader's House. When all 5 games were cleared, Samurai Drummer's studio is all fixed. Samurai Drummer: Polyrhythm/Poly-Rod, Drummer Duel, Tap Troupe, & Sure Shot.He tells Tibby to fix up the studio by playing some minigames. The group comes up to see Samurai Drummer worrying because his studio was trashed & his student, Drum Player, was kidnapped. Tibby hears some screaming from upstairs. Tibby & his friends are going to save the world! Their first stop is the Concert Hall. He then gets another note saying that a cooperation known as Quiz, inc is taking over the world and kidnapping many people.
When they get to Mamarin Palace, Tibby saves his mom from some demons. He & Tibby tell his friends to come to Heaven World with him. The story is: Tibby is chilling on the beach with his friends, when he gets a note from Rupert that someone is trying to assassinate his mom. Unlike the main story, this attempts to tell a darker story with serious consequences. Rhythm Heaven Megamix: Revolution is, as Aspen Pellot calls it, a "post-post-game".

In the practice room of Tangotronic 3000, there is a banner hanging just above the camera that reads "目指せ！2位！", which roughly translates to "Aim for second place!" Due to the fact that the camera does not move during the practice, this banner, as well as the entire room, go unseen. Under " sound/group", there are empty files labelled " GROUP_WSD_O_FEN_AR.bcgrp" (Built to Scale 2 Wii) and " GROUP_WSD_KANTORING_SHORT" (a prequel for Flockstep). Interestingly, there are empty files that would contain the practice themes for Karate Man Returns, The Snappy Trio, and Shoot-'em-up 2 present in the files. There's also another file labeled "GROUP_WSD_TUTORIAL_NTR_ROBOT" which is empty. It shares the filename with the practice theme for Fillbots 1 (GROUP_WSD_TUTORIAL_NTR_ROBBOT_SHORT) except spelled correctly.
